All individuals that plan on making baked goods please notify Maryann Striefsky at 785-3385 or Mary Yale at the HNB
in Forest City 785-CASH to make arrangements to either drop off or if you need something picked up.
The bank will be open Sat. until noon.

Any volunteers please come Saturday Oct. 6th at 11:00am the day before the benefit, we will be meeting at the

The necessary surgery and radiation makes it impossible for Tom to work for the foreseeable future.
Tom worked at NEP Telephone company for over 20 years, and more recently worked for Grimm Construction
for 8 years.
He also served on the school board at Forest City Regional High School.
Tom was born and raised in the town of Forest City, which is where he currently resides.
